I have no real way to say this. But this beautiful, strong girl, is going through one of the hardest times of her life. She is in love with her boyfriend, Connor, a sweet boy who lives in Canada. Yet this sweet boy is deathly sick. One of his lungs has failed, and the other one not far behind it. Hannah doesnt have the funds at this moment to see him at his time of need. Im asking for everyone to give her biggest Christmas wish of all, to see Connor. Even a penny would help.
